Parus Invest Web Group is a subsidiary of A5 pharmacy chain. The company develops information products and projects in pharmacy retail industry.







Our Challenge

Parus Invest have selected us to develop a multipurpose solution for all-inclusive streamlining of private clinics’ sales, marketing and patient communication. To execute the task we performed research among the focus groups, polling patients, administrators and managers to understand their expectations of the customized mobile solution. As a result, we created a fully functional mobile solution for medical information systems.




Our Solution

The developed solution has a wide range of functions for clinic administrators, healthcare specialists and patients. Clinics get the doctor and administrator accounts synchronized with its IT system, an aggregator for all incoming patient requests from multiple sources, CRM, and a fast and simple channel to inform the clients via their mobile devices. For patients, the solution offers 4 types of doctor appointment, a price list, an available time schedule, doctors’ ratings and info, and testimonials. Patients can request a home visit, get push, email and SMS notifications of special deals and promotions. The solution is iOS and Android compatible. Based on LAMP (LNPP) stacks (Linux, NGINX, PostgreSQL, Python).
