Mobile Dimension, the enterprise mobility development company, and National Agency For Clinical Pharmacology and Pharmacy signed an agreement to integrate “Mobile Registry” solution into Agency’s IT infrastructure. The agreement is aimed at increasing the quality of patient service at the Agency’s chain of clinics using the advanced mobile technologies within “Mobile Registry” solution.
“Mobile Registry” allows the Agency’s patients to have the up to date information about rates, working hours and appointment availability at their fingertips, to store the test results and prescriptions on mobile, to receive SMS, email and push notifications about appointments. The Agency’s administrators obtain a mobile patient interaction channel which is synchronized with an existing clinical information system. Those functions significantly increase the service quality and patient satisfaction while interacting with clinical staff.
